The standard configuration of all our equipment is one group of (i.e. two-layer) rear stand, that is, two reels of base paper can be fed. Because base paper for 2-7T machines has been cut and rolled, the two-layer rear stand is often adopted. The rear stands for 8-10T machines shall be selected according to customer requirements whether the tissues are to be made into two-layer or three-layer, whether the base paper is single-layer, two-layer or three-layer, etc. 2. Air pumps of the vacuum system for 2, 3T machines are 7.5KW homemade vortex air pumps, and those for other specifications are Taiwan Longtech air pumps.
